About Dr Parker

Dr Parker qualified with a MBCHB at UCT in 1998. After completing her internship in Durban and community service in Ladysmith Kwazulu Natal, she worked as a medical officer in paediatrics at Tygerberg Children’s Hospital in 2001. In 2003 she worked abroad in private hospitals and psychiatric clinics in the UK.  From 2002 to 2009 Dr Parker locumed as a general practitioner in various private GP practices in Durban and Cape Town.

In 2010 she started her own medical practice in Claremont as part of Claremont Medical and Dental Studio. After 9 years of providing medical services to patients in and around Claremont, she relocated to Draper Square in 2019 . However she is now permanently based at her new premises at The Claremont Medical Practice , 1 Stegman road, Claremont.  New premises based in the  building in front of Draper square and signage easily visible from Claremont Main Road.

Dr Parker is contracted to most medical aid and also accepts cash/ private patients. To avoid having to wait to see the doctor it is advisable to make an appointment.
